Airspeed Aviation is a regionally based Charter operator with a Flight School serving the communities in which we are based. You will join a tight-knit team of 10 operating 7 Multi-engine aircraft at 4 bases transporting up to 180 people per week safely and reliably. Our pilots are supported by the Operations management team to achieve the best possible client outcomes every day. You will be mentored by the HOFO to build your skills and judgment for not only this role but for the next role in your career plan. Airspeed Aviation is a safety leader, the first GA operator to join the Flight Safety Foundation BARS program and continuously registered with Flight Safety Foundation since 2012. The Role: Part Time or Casual Instructor (3-4 days/week) operating Grob, Cessna, Piper, and Tecnam aircraft from our smaller bases; helping to grow your student load to a full-time load; Ad Hoc scenic flights when required; developing customers and markets using your customer service and marketing skills. The ideal candidate will have: Senior Grade 3 or Grade 2 instructor A sense of adventure & great people skills For the Scone base, RAAus Instructor a bonus ME & IR will aid your progression Sales and social media content creation experience would be awesome. Mandatory Criteria: Australian Citizen or Current right to work in Australia Current Australian CPL, Instructor Rating with G3+, and Class 1 Medical More than 300 Hours TT Demonstrated Hospitality and Customer Service Skills Positivity, Energy, and a love of GA and the Aviation Industry. These roles are Part time or casual based in Shellharbour, Dubbo, and Tamworth working alongside a senior instructor on base to build the business in that location.
