The opportunity – Novaskill, in partnership with Walcha Council, is excited to offer a Project Management Practice Traineeship. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build valuable connections in the project management industry, and receive ongoing mentoring and support to advance your career. As a trainee, you will undertake a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Project Management Practice, combining practical experience with expert guidance to prepare you for success in the fast-paced and rewarding world of project management. Key responsibilities – Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of various projects Scope, coordinate, and finalise project activities in line with company objectives Track and monitor project timeframes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met Solve project barriers and challenges, ensuring smooth project progression Coordinate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients Help prepare project documentation, reports and presentations Learning outcomes – Identify and apply project management principles and techniques Scope, design, implement, coordinate and finalise projects Track and monitor project timeframes and lifecycles Solve problems and project barriers About you – Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn Familiarity with project management software/tools is a plus If you’re interested in the role, reach out to our GTO Recruitment Team to request more information – Alternatively, please apply directly via Seek.
