What you need: Previous experience in the same or similar roles within Oil and Gas projects Applicable qualifications - Cert III Plant Process, Mechanical Trade or Electrical Trade First Aid Cert with CPR Positive mindset with a team player mentality Flexible approach – we all know things can change at a drop of a hat. Strong communications skills Various HRWL tickets such as Rigging, Dogging, EPW, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Forklift are an advantage but not essential for all roles.
