Job Description

The Gove Country Golf Club is Seeking Expressions of Interest for an individual or business to lease and operate the restaurant at the club. DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS The Gove Country Golf Club Committee invites interested parties to submit responses in accordance with the details and requirements outlined below. Kitchen Occupancy Occupation commencing as soon as possible. The Golf Club is looking for suitably qualified individuals or businesses who would like to provide a restaurant service using the club kitchen facilities with an aim to offer a service, as a minimum, for the following service times: Lunches: Friday to Sunday: 12 to 2pm Dinners: Wednesday night: 6pm to 8pm for quiz night Friday Night: 6 to 8pm Sunday Night: 6 to 8pm Ability to provide catering for golfing events and function requests. The Golf Club is prepared to open to accommodate the kitchen as required. Communications Willingness to maintain open communications with the golf club staff, management, and committee, and to contribute to any regarding day-to-day decisions. Food Health & Safety Requirements Respondents must comply with the Northern Territory of Australia Food Act 2004 as in force at 12 October 2023. Licensing Respondents must be a registered food business. Accommodation Two-bedroom accommodation is available for use in the kitchen business.
