About The Team The Recruitment and JADE (Job Analysis, Design and Establishment) team is a centralised function that leads the service delivery in role and establishment management, job evaluation and design applying the Job Evaluation Management System (JEMS) methodology and mobility and recruitment services for corporate, school leadership and school support vacancies. Your Role This unique role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Establishment Management, Workplace Reforms, School Threshold Annual Review and Role Management, whilst also improving your understanding of how job evaluations are completed within the department. This role provides variety in each day and comprehensive support to our recruitment services, allowing you to be involved in the job analysis and recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities Include Management and triage of service requests and servicing clients with JADE and recruitment inquiries. Timely response to job and role management requests, including necessary documentation updates. Process establishment requests and maintain department's role description landing page, including actioning Web Work Requests. Process requests to advertise, post advertisements on the SmartJobs platform and finalize recruitment activities. Offer operational advice and support in relation to recruitment and JADE functions. Experience using Content Manager, HR ServiceNow and Microsoft suite is advantageous. Applicants with exceptional attention to detail will be highly regarded. Interested?
