Responsibilities Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems and machinery for various industries. Oversee the development of specifications, technical reports, and equipment designs. Ensure compliance with Australian mechanical engineering standards, safety regulations, and industry practices. Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to meet project milestones and deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Your Profile Extensive experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in design, machinery, or systems optimization. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Proven leadership experience in managing mechanical engineering projects from design through to implementation. Strong knowledge of CAD software, including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, and/or others. Solid understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and material science. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
