We're on the lookout for a variety of Engineering and ICT Specialists with current experience within the Australian Defence sector, based in Sydney ideally, or Canberra, working alongside and for the Commonwealth. We are seeking Engineering and ICT specialists with current Defence sector experience in the following roles / skill categories: Complex Maintenance and Engineering (CME) Lead /Asset Management – Coordinate and administer the technical baseline artifacts, extract and verify documents, data, metadata, data structure and data relationship integrity LSA/ILS (LSAR) Specialists/PM – Coordinate LSAR program, and general requirements to support the conduct of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) Technical Operations Manager – to provide ops support and oversight, coordinate operational services for a variety of logistics information systems, oversee systems integration Configuration Manager – Ensure compliance with CM plan, develop and maintain CM baselines for systems Cybersecurity Officer – Compliance and reporting, cybersecurity assessments, ensure adherence to Cybersecurity protocols ICT Support Specialists – Software and Cybersecurity support – logistics information systems Helpdesk services – Defence logistics information systems support - Levels 1,2 and 3 support – multiple roles Systems Manager – Manage systems and portal services and small team Portal Support Services Lead/PM – Maintain the portal services in accordance with Defence standards Portal Software Engineers – maintain portal and services in accordance with Defence standards Support Lead SME – Stakeholder Management, interface with various logistics information management systems SMEs, provide support etc C++ Software SME, Software Architect and Manager roles – C++ Software support to Risk Management system, implement changes etc Integration Engineers/ Engineering support lead - provide support for the integration of engineering and maintenance data via a variety of systems. Systems Administrator – Manage user group accounts and permissions, performance reporting Engineering Support Lead and officer/onboarding – ensuring availability, reliability and performance of logistics information systems that are integrated Technical Analyst – Conduct detailed engineering analyses and reviews ICT Risk Lead – Risk and governance of software and cybersecurity components Systems Data Analysts – logistics information systems – data extraction, collate into centralised repositories/dashboards, rectify data quality issues etc Data Modeller – Designing and maintaining data models ensuring alignment with overarching Systems Architecture About You Current or very recent Australian Defence sector project experience in one of the above capacities is essential for these opportunities. Maritime domain Defence experience would be highly regarded. Currently hold an NV1 Commonwealth (AGSVA) Security Clearance. Please note, only Australian Citizens are eligible to obtain a Commonwealth of Australia Security Clearance. Possess an understanding of the One Defence Capability System. Reside in Sydney ideally, or Canberra, or be willing to relocate. Some roles may require occasional travel, so a willingness to travel is required.
