Our EQA Sales Engineering team plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive technical sales support and application expertise globally. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EQA Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role integrates technical sales, support, and business development, with a focus on driving growth within strategic accounts and maintaining the highest standards of equipment quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be agile, comfortable with frequent travel, and proficient in technical sales, support, and strategy. The primary focus will be on Fluke Biomedical Hardware and OneQA Software applications. Key Responsibilities: Technical Sales Support: Provide comprehensive technical sales support and application training to sales teams, channel partners, and customers. Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value of our offerings. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with Key Account Managers and internal teams to enhance growth across all strategic accounts. Participate in account planning sessions, support technical discussions, attend customer meetings, and execute advanced field service training sessions. Product Implementation: Lead product implementation, installation, and onboarding processes to ensure customer success and retention. Play a key role in training and rolling out new products to the sales team. Develop and deliver sales enablement materials and conduct training sessions on new products to enhance the sales team's knowledge and effectiveness. Voice of Customer (VOC): Collect and utilize VOC feedback to drive market share growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Identify trends and insights from customer feedback to uncover new avenues for growth. Technical Consulting: Collaborate with product management and commercial marketing teams as a technical consultant. Provide technical support at trade shows and industry events. Work with marketing on creating product application content, including blog posts and webinars. Product Validation: Lead product validation efforts and pilot programs. Manage product support for third-party distributors and clinical studies. Global Collaboration: Participate in global collaboration efforts to share best practices and develop innovative solutions. Foster continuous improvement and growth within the team and organization. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience. Candidates without a degree should have at least 5 years of professional experience in the biomedical field. Technical sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare technology and equipment quality assurance. Experience in customer engagement, gathering Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback, and contributing to market share growth strategies. Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with product implementation and customer onboarding processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different departments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
