About the Role: As an ERP Business Analyst , you will play a key role in analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the successful implementation of an enterprise-wide ERP solution. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, support testing, and drive efficiencies within a complex multi-vendor environment . Key Responsibilities: Analyse and document business requirements for ERP implementation. Develop process maps, gap analyses, and impact assessments . Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritise business needs. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings. Support testing activities and ensure smooth system integration. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success. What You Bring: Proven experience in business analysis within large ERP projects (Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve processes and drive change. Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments .
