FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION FOR AN ENGAGEMENT MANAGER HOLDING A CURRENT AGSVA CLEARANCE. The TechnologyOne footprint is growing rapidly across Australia. We are looking for people who are Canberra based to work into a fantastic new TechOne Engagement Manager type role. About the Role: As an Engagement Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our teams’ successes, leading the day-to-day execution of projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products through a consultative approach. You will have the opportunity to exercise your proven leadership skills to build relationships with internal teams and clients while contributing to the analysis, design, and implementation of disruptive technology solutions. Who You Are: You have consultancy experience in which you have analyzed data, proposed new ideas, and influenced stakeholders to ensure a positive impact and sustainable results. You have managed client projects, including driving successful delivery and meeting deadlines. You possess functional business knowledge, i.e., business development, strategy, product development, and project management. You are known as an effective team leader and have built strong relationships with analysts, designers, and developers at all levels on your teams. You pick up on small details that other people miss. You enjoy working with a collaborative and supportive team. You possess effective communication while managing complex client engagements and delivering client satisfaction. You are proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, ZenHub) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile). You have solid ERP experience. You have worked with TechnologyOne.
