The ERP Finance Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems to enhance financial processes and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in finance and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end ERP finance transformation project, including planning, execution, and post-implementation care-taking warranty period support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Analyse current financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions. Work with the project manager and vendor to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus. Proven experience in leading ERP implementation and finance transformation projects (Oracle Fusion experience preferred). Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP systems. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
