Our client is one of Australia’s largest privately-owned independent distributors of industrial products and supplies. They have established this position as a market leader through their commitment to providing exceptional service delivery and unrivalled product expertise. The business provides solutions across a range of industrial and construction settings, including the mining, manufacturing, construction, utilities, defence, and engineering sectors. Given their future strategy, the business is looking to appoint an ERP Manager who will have a pivotal role in enabling the business to continue scaling and growing. Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the ERP Manager will be a critical senior leadership member of the business. The role will be responsible for developing and executing an ERP strategy that enhances efficiency, data accuracy and usability across the organisation. You will foster strong cross-functional collaboration with the IT, operations, finance and sales teams to ensure successful system adoption. This will result in a system that provides a ‘single source of truth’ to better serve customers and internal operations by optimising processes and workflows. We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader who has proven experience in ERP management, system integration and business process improvement. You will bring exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of leading change initiatives, providing technical expertise and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization programs to enhance user adoption and ensure seamless transitions. You will have strong knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance to protect business data. You will bring a deep understanding of ERP platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Pronto, Epicor or NetSuite. Culture fit is key. You will bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to engage and influence across all levels. You will be strategic, while remaining hands-on to confidently drive initiatives through the business.
