This full-time, 24 month fixed-term role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation of a new ERP platform and leading digital solutions for the Paspaley Group. Responsibilities: Lead ERP program from planning to go-live Manage project scope, objectives, deliverables and budget Manage ERP program core team Engage cross-functional teams to foster cohesive collaboration Manage proactive stakeholder and organisational communication Act as a catalyst for change and lead change management Identify and mitigate project risks What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of experience in IT and ERP program management with a strong understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies Energetic style with strong drive towards outcome and striving for excellence Strong ability to motivate and lead an ERP core team Proficient in and hands-on approach in using program management tools such as project tracking (e.g. JIRA), budget planning, time tracking, risk/issue registers, presentations and dashboards Experience in retail, farming, property management or engineering processes is of advantage Experience in enterprise process, data and IT architecture Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, science, management, or a related field, with qualifications in Project Management (PRINCE2, ScrumMaster) Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive successful project outcomes Next Steps If you are shortlisted, our HR team will reach out to you via phone to introduce themselves, provide additional details about the role, and answer any preliminary questions you may have.
