Lead the charge in our S4 HANA ERP Implementation program, working closely with talented teams in Perth, Europe, and Asia to drive transformation and innovation on a global scale. At the heart of this will be the establishment of an ERP environment that can support manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance, and warehousing functions. To this end, a skilled ERP Project Manager - Technical is required to support the delivery of a complex ERP migration project. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. About You: 10 years of experience in technical project management within the mining or resources sector. Proven track record in leading ERP implementations, particularly S4 HANA. Strong technical expertise in SAP modules and system integrations. Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. Excellent project planning, organization, and execution skills. Experience in mining, energy, or green technology sectors. Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with a tactical approach to problem-solving. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate technical workflows and implement improvements. Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
