Job Description
We are currently looking for a specialist candidate to join our growing team with an opportunity to work with us in the Defence sector. If you are a subject matter expert in SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Maintenance Management, we want to hear from you. This role is a x12 month contract. About us Atlin is an independent and trusted provider of professional services with a passion for delivery excellence. We build and lead teams of experts to help our clients deliver complex projects that support Defence capability, working as trusted above the line experts in multi-vendor environments. The Opportunity The successful candidate will have Practitioner level expertise, with proven experience working in Federal/State government industry in: ERP SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) ERP SAP S/4 HANA supply chain, asset maintenance, repairable management or logistics ERP SAP S/4 HANA federal/state government project implementations Developing and implementing enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives and/or reform projects. Mandatory requirements of the role include: An active or previously active Baseline Clearance (at minimum) In depth awareness and acumen of SAP S/4 HANA - EAM or Maintenance Management Experience managing implementation projects with task/work responsibility shared across multiple teams and process owners Business Process Mapping & Change Management expertise Task scoping, planning scheduling and critical analysis & design Relationship management & Communication Desirable: Defence Engineering or Asset Management and Integrated Logistics Support experience Position Duties: Review, validate and/or develop SAP S/4 HANA EAM business processes and data flows. Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. Analyse data and recommend solutions to improve decision making across the Defence supply chain portfolio. Perform hyper-care and sustainment activities as well as undertake go-live readiness and transition activities. Support cross-function / SAP stream integration including documented information for end users. Work in a team and independently, to draft high level artefacts, including process maps and diagrams articulating current and future states for business processes. Work with industry representatives and departmental staff to understand current state business processes and issues related to future state business processes and impacts on data migration.
