This role oversees ESG data collection, validation, and reporting to provide valuable insights to internal and external stakeholders, including investors, co-owners, and customers. By continuously enhancing data capture and validation processes, reporting frameworks, and stakeholder engagement, the position drives improvements in sustainability performance, compliance, and disclosure. Your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership & Development: Manage, support, and develop a small team of data analysts to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. Data Validation & Management: Develop, implement, and continuously enhance data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and completeness. Review and evolve data storage architecture in collaboration with business operations. Engage with stakeholders to streamline and enhance data capture, entry, and validation. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to achieve reporting obligations. ESG Reporting & Compliance: Lead the annual reporting process, including collation and audit of ESG data sets for reporting under NGERs. Oversee annual GRESB survey submissions for managed funds. Seek advice from Group Sustainability on evolving ESG reporting requirements and regulatory changes to ensure compliance. Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies regarding ESG disclosures for Asset Management. Stakeholder & Contract Management: Manage key stakeholder relationships with retailers, data platform providers, and specialist consultants. Manage Mirvac’s contracts with key retailers, utilities, and data management platforms. Work with IT and data platform providers to enhance system integration and reporting capabilities. Insights & Performance Improvement: Manage the prioritisation and completion of data requests from colleagues, customers, investors and co-owners. Develop and deliver reports for key stakeholders as required. Analyse ESG data to generate insights that enhance asset and portfolio performance. Conduct competitive benchmarking against industry ESG leaders to identify areas for improvement. Develop ESG dashboards and improve KPI tracking tools to enhance performance monitoring. Energy & Carbon Management: Prepare annual energy, water, and carbon offset budgets for assets under management. Manage the purchase and surrender of carbon offsets and Renewable Energy Certificates for assets under management. Manage utility connection roll-ins/roll-outs for managed assets. With Group Procurement and specialist support, manage the procurement of renewable electricity and gas. Your point of difference Five years’ experience in a complex data management environment Experience of data management protocols to maintain trusted data sets Experience of data reporting to provide actionable insights Team and stakeholder management (preferably contract management experience) A curious mindset and ‘we’ not ‘I’ approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently Ideally knowledge of ESG data sets All of these attributes are preferred, if you think you may be the right fit for the role please still apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
