Diverse, hands-on role – From Active Directory management to VDI and M365 administration, this is a position where no two days are the same! Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Active Directory and Group Policies across a large, multisite environment. Deploy and configure modern devices, including laptops and smartphones, using the latest tools in mobile device management. Troubleshoot and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to ensure performance and user satisfaction. Create and deploy Standard Operating Environment (SOE) packages for large-scale rollouts. Provide technical leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and secure IT systems. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in supporting operating systems (Windows) and managing large-scale Active Directory environments. Strong PowerShell scripting skills and proven experience in SOE management, including package creation for large-scale deployments. 2+ years of experience in packaging applications for enterprise rollouts. Experience in managing M365 platforms and VDI infrastructure. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex technical investigations.
