Urgent requirement of EUC L2/L3 Engineers - Perm/Contract - Brisbane Requirements: Basic help desk resolution and service desk delivery Routine System administrative activities Resolve incidents escalated by L1/Helpdesk as per the agreed SLAs and timelines Troubleshooting for Alert logs files, transaction logs and backup logs Troubleshoot End to End User Devices Run the backups, recovery errors, respond to the request regarding the restoration of the DB Responsible for making backup tapes schedule and changes Monitor the metric alerts, performance-related issues like high CPU utilization, Application performance, high Memory utilization, Application tuning and Query Very Good Communication Skills Duration: Permanent / 6 Months and possible extension Eligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only Email: #J-18808-Ljbffr
