The Devices Experience Platform at Macquarie plays a pivotal role in supporting and enabling global activities by providing a robust global desktop platform. As the Senior EUC Principal Engineer and Global Product Owner of the Windows Desktop Product, you will lead a team of engineers to design, deploy, and maintain solutions using technology services like Windows 10/11, Configuration Manager, Azure Services (Azure AD, Intune MDM), and hardware devices. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the design, implementation, and support of a Windows 10/11 desktop migration to modern management using MDM technologies. Additionally, you will contribute to transforming our existing operational processes for Windows Endpoints to ensure an optimal end-user experience. What you offer Extensive experience working with Windows 10/11 and end-user computing from an enterprise perspective. Knowledge of MDM technologies such as Intune. Strong understanding of experience design, including the ability to work closely with users to gather input and test designs. Proven track record of taking ownership of team performance, mentoring junior talent, and collaborating across functional areas. Strong interest in delivering and enhancing user experience and productivity through modern cloud-managed solutions. Understanding of Service Management, including change, incident, and problem management, as it applies to a large corporate environment and use of an ITSM tool such as Remedy.
