About the Role We are seeking a skilled End User Computing (EUC) Support Specialist to join our Brisbane team, providing exceptional support to our employees and contractors. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across various channels, including walk-ups, phone calls, and chat support. As part of a collaborative team, you will help resolve technical issues, optimize processes, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. This position is offered initially on a 12-month fixed term basis. Key accountabilities include: Deliver EUC support in alignment with global standards and guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests, ensuring quick resolution or appropriate escalation. Collaborate with team members to meet agreed KPIs and objectives. Actively contribute to our Knowledge Base and help maintain a self-help portal for employees. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Engage with employees across multiple channels and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Provide support on after-hours shifts and participate in on-call duties as scheduled. Travel to remote locations when needed for on-site assistance. Take part in activities such as Queue Management to ensure smooth service delivery. About You You will have sound experience in the IT industry, with a wealth of expertise across a variety of areas, including Service Centre, Desktop Support, and Infrastructure Support. Your in-depth understanding of IT Service Management frameworks, particularly Change and Release Management, enables you to efficiently manage and optimize IT processes. Your strong technical skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and solution development will allow you to resolve complex issues with precision. Furthermore, you will bring a proven track record of building effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, underpinned by your exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Your combination of technical expertise and communication skills will make you an asset to this IT support team. Ideally, you will be degree qualified or demonstrate significant training and experience within directly relevant role(s), within large corporate environments.
