EXECUTIVE MANAGER CORPORATE SERVICES & CFO Lester Blades is delighted to invite applications for the position of Executive Manager Corporate Services & Chief Financial Officer (EMCS/CFO). Our client is a circa $13 million turnover for purpose organisation based in Perth. It has decades of success and is a strong contributor within its sector, with a reputation for service excellence and a genuinely positive organisational culture. The next EMCS/CFO will join a high performing management team at a time when the organisation is poised for further growth. Reporting to the CEO, the EMCS/CFO will play the key leadership role in the strategic financial planning and ongoing financial sustainability of the organisation, including excellence in financial and management reporting, budgeting, regulatory reporting and compliance, and risk management. The EMCS/CFO is also responsible for corporate management functions including IT, HRM, and property. Minimum Requirements: Degree and professionally qualified in accounting/finance (CA or CPA). Extensive financial management experience in a comparable or larger for purpose entity. Experience in managing staff and participating as a member of a management team. Experience in preparing Board Reports. Experience across the corporate services portfolio is preferred. You should be the type of CFO who takes “a whole of organisation” perspective, able to see the bigger picture, and know how and where to contribute your skills and experience to make the greatest impact.
