EXPERIENCED FINAL TRIM EXCAVATOR OPERATOR Gradco is a Tasmanian-owned company which has successfully provided solutions within the civil construction, mining, rail, logistics & infrastructure sectors for more than 65 years. We are currently seeking an experienced Final Trim Excavator Operator to become part of our dynamic and growing organisation with the benefits of a family-owned business founded on zero harm, continuous improvement, open & honest communication and a healthy work/life balance. Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in the civil construction industry as a Final Trim Excavator Operator Experience with the use of Machine Guidance Systems (Trimble & Topcon) GPS OHS Construction Industry white card Other plant operating tickets and/or HR license (desirable) A demonstrated commitment to safety Be prepared to travel to remote sites/projects as required Have a genuine passion & commitment for the upkeep of plant Be a positive, reliable team player All successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening.
