A little about our centre: Valencia Drive Early Learning Centre Valencia Drive Early Learning Centre is a new purpose-built long day care centre in Orange, NSW. We provide a nurturing, educational, and fun environment for 0–6 year-old children. Our aim is to build a collective group of passionate, professional, and dedicated educators to provide a high-quality service to help children grow and feel confident for their future education. Details: Early Childhood Teacher Educational Leader Full Time, Monday to Friday Flexible hours Duties will include: Motivate and lead a team of educators. Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child. Support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards. Design and implement a vibrant curriculum where each child’s current knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities, and interests are the foundation of a play-based program. Build a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement. Be innovative and creative. Uphold the centre philosophy and embed it within your daily practice. Build trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management, and community stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor of Education Tertiary or Diploma in ACECQA Approved qualification or equivalent. Approved Child Protection Course. First aid and asthma/anaphylaxis training. Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS and ability to implement these in practice. Good IT, written, and verbal communication skills. NESA accreditation and working with children check.
