Your role will include: Creating Meaningful Learning Experiences – Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that nurture each child’s unique interests and strengths. Building Strong Relationships – Work closely with children, families, and fellow educators to create a warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and heard. Observing & Supporting Growth – Conduct ongoing assessments of children’s development and adapt your teaching strategies to ensure they reach their full potential. Staying Inspired & Informed – Stay up to date with best practices in early childhood education through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.What We’re Looking For Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) OR Diploma qualified and actively working towards your Bachelor. Valid VIT registration (or willingness to obtain). Knowledge of EYLF, NQF & Child Safe Standards – You understand how to create an enriching and compliant learning environment. Current First Aid & CPR, Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting, Red Nose & Sun Smart (or willingness to obtain). Availability Monday to Friday between 6:30am – 6:30pm.
