About the role We are currently accepting applications for Earthworks Supervisors to join our team based in Collie . Day Shift ONLY 5:2 Roster Residential South West Region DIDO South West Region Full time position Additionally, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Effectively organise and oversee equipment and personnel on project sites Organise works to meet the strict deadlines for the project Tracking and monitoring long lead items to maintain project delivery schedules Provide support to on-site personnel in the preparation of scheduling, safety, and quality assurance documentation Ensuring that safety and compliance requirements take precedence in work planning Build and maintain stakeholder relationships Your skills and experience To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will be an individual who is proactive and excels in adapting to diverse situations, demonstrating an exceptional leadership approach with strong communication abilities. Additionally, you should possess the following: WHS for Statutory Supervisors - essential Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role managing medium to large civil projects with leadership and managerial expertise Solid understanding of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and health, safety, and environment (HSE) processes Demonstrated experience in the successful planning and coordinating of plant & personnel on project sites Self-driven initiative, motivated, outstanding time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Ability to pass mine site medicals and drug and alcohol testing Must have Current National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 12 months) MC or HR License – advantageous Next Step: If you believe your qualifications align with the requirements outlined above, we encourage you to submit your CV through SEEK.
