About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and engaging product information is available across all our online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product data, assisting with purchase order creation, and contributing to the smooth running of our online store. Key Responsibilities: Product Information Management: Accurately create and maintain product data in our back end system, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images. Ensure product information is consistent and accurate across all sales channels, accurate to information provided by the external brands or vendors. Conduct regular data quality checks and identify and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with the creation and management of product categories and hierarchies. Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling product descriptions and engaging content. Ensure sku’s are created, ready for purchase ordering within Netsuite. Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders for new product lines and replenishment stock. Ecommerce Operations: Support the day-to-day operations of the online store, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service inquiries. Assist with website updates and maintenance. Skills & Experience: Proven mountain bike experience & product knowledge. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data entry, formulas, and data analysis). Experience with PIM systems (preferred but not essential). Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Passion for mountain biking.
