This is a 12-month maternity leave contract with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role afterward. Ideal for someone planning to travel abroad or seeking a temporary opportunity! This is a hybrid role with plenty of opportunity to take ownership of the growth & success of our digital marketing efforts and ecommerce store. Located in our stunning South Brisbane office (the same building as Lina rooftop!) You will be part of a close knit and collaborative team with plenty of opportunity, fun events, photoshoots & more. The Role: Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform(s) to meet budget + KPI's Managing and executing promotional campaigns Ongoing correspondence and communication with third party agencies and partner organisations Create monthly reports and gather insights on customer trends / buyer behaviour Ensuring a great customer experience by addressing and ensuring timely resolution of customers issues or addressing customer comments Keeping up to date with direct and indirect competitors for product and website UX best practices and strategy Liaise with web designer and web developers to develop and improve website Working closely with demand planning, stock and warehouse teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment including ordering of inventory Liaise with couriers and other fulfillment partners Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell through and promotion performance Prepare monthly budgets and KPI's for approval based on sales goals Develop and manage paid media advertising for Stefan ecommerce (Meta, Google, Commission Factory, & other advertising platforms) Plan, manage & execute Meta advertising Collaborating with design/content teams to create attractive visuals for campaigns Optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and meet performance goals Researching competitor strategies and leveraging tactics to reach target audience Correspondence and management of Google SEO/SEM agency What we’re looking for: 2-3+ years experience in a similar role 2-3+ years experience with Shopify, Google, META Hair, fashion, beauty or similar industry experience desirable Proven ability to meet (& exceed) KPI’s and goals A fun loving person to fit our close knit team!
