In this role, the key objectives will be managing all aspects of the day-to-day ecommerce warehouse operations and to exceed customer expectations.Some Key Responsibilities Include Manage day-to-day operational and staffing requirements including roster & approving hours, purchasing, cleaning & communication between Head Office colleagues among other tasks. Maintain internal lead times for orders dispatched all year round with peak periods being key. Ensure communication provided to the wider business if delays experienced. Continually monitor internal processes and procedures to ensure best practice standards are in place. To ensure the highest level of customer service on all orders dispatched – including quality control, packing control and consigning control, ensuring a clear line of sight to the customer. Liaising with Australia Post for daily collections, forecasting peak periods and problem solving any IT issues. To ensure stock inventory processes are in place for cycle counts, annual stock take, batch checks, location checks, adjustments and actioned as per agreement with Logistics Manager. To ensure high continuous stock integrity – damages, E&O, expired (FIFO CONTROL). Weekly Reporting to Logistics Manager & HO colleagues of limited quantity of stock, off-line spreadsheet management, KPI reporting, stock issues & ad-hoc inventory discussions. Ensuring all replenishment orders are checked off accurately to ensure stock integrity remains high focus. About You Minimum 3 years team management experience Minimum 1 year warehouse experience Previous responsibility for WH&S requirements in a warehouse environment Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Vendor Connect advantageous) High level attention to detail and problem solving skills High level team building & motivating skills What's On Offer Generous staff discounts on L’Occitane, Elemis and Grown Alchemist products!
