ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an Ecommerce Optimisation Coordinator to join the Cotton On team. In this role, you will identify and coordinate the delivery of digital optimisation initiatives and provide operational support to ensure a well-managed ecommerce platform, enabling our brand’s digital customer experience teams to deliver sales growth. You will leverage available tools to enhance website functionality and collaborate with broader Digital Customer Experience teams to identify optimisation opportunities. You will also support the analysis and interpretation of data from digital channels, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making and drive improvements in customer engagement and overall revenue outcomes. Experience using website management systems is highly regarded. Proven analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Self-starter with the ability to work within a team. Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
