We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Ecommerce Trade Manager to bring our brand strategy to life online, driving awareness and sales in equal measure. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. The Role: As a highly collaborative leader with significant experience in ecommerce, the role will focus on: Strategic Leadership & Growth Drive global site sales through strategic trading, promotions, and agile performance optimization. Support the Ecommerce Director in developing and executing ecommerce strategies and budgets. Analyze cross-channel impact and optimize campaigns for seamless 360-degree execution. Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Stay ahead of emerging ecommerce technologies, recommending innovations for continuous improvement. Site Management & Optimization Oversee daily website operations, ensuring smooth functionality, accurate content, and effective merchandising. Own website content, product imagery, and enrichment while coordinating pricing, promotions, and inventory with the CPO. Work closely with Tech and Ecommerce Product teams to maintain and optimize platforms, apps, and widgets for performance and security. Marketing & Performance Analytics Manage SEO, PPC, and email marketing to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with creative, cross-functional, and external teams to execute seamless campaigns and enhance SEO. Boost digital revenue by working with Digital Marketing and Social teams to drive traffic while maintaining brand integrity. Track and report on key metrics weekly, analyzing traffic, user behavior, and sales trends. Work with UX/UI and Optimization teams to enhance site experience and conversions. Partner with Data Analysts for actionable insights and collaborate with buying and planning teams to align product drops with trading goals. The Perfect Candidate: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years in ecommerce (preferably fashion or retail), including 1.5+ years in a managerial role. Expertise: Proven success in ecommerce innovation, commercial growth, and KPI-driven trading performance. Technical Skills: High-level proficiency with ecommerce platforms, especially Shopify. Skilled in web analytics, particularly GA4. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and digital marketing strategies. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions. Project Management: Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
