Full time and continuing position Based at the Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus, Douglas HEWL 8: $105,790 - $121,481 per annum plus up to 17% employer superannuation contributions, leave loading and other generous employee benefits Relocation assistance may be negotiated for the preferred applicant. ABOUT THE ROLE In this evolving role, you’ll undertake the deployment of student experience surveys, shaping decision-making by delivering timely and accurate data insights, advancing learning analytics with AI integration, and developing impactful tools for data visualisation and reporting. By championing data accuracy and enhancing consistency in education data, you will drive meaningful improvements across the University. Collaborating with Educational Designers, course and subject coordinators, and academic staff, you will foster a culture of data literacy and quality improvement that enhances both the student experience and education delivery at JCU. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE We’re seeking a professional with a bachelor’s degree (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded), ideally with experience in the higher education sector. Your technical expertise in data management, analysis, and visualisation platforms will be essential, as will your knowledge of, or ability to develop an in-depth understanding of higher education policies, legislation and trends. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, combined with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions, will ensure your success. Experience with survey design, analysis and reporting and enterprise-wide survey management applications like Qualtrics would be highly desirable. WHY JCU?
