The Educational & Deployment Manager partners with the Head of Leonardo ANZ to develop training plans and oversee internal and external users across Professional Solutions and Retail. This role coordinates all Leonardo-related activities, including virtual classes and on-demand course design, ensuring training needs are met. It also serves as the primary contact for Leonardo learning and communication plans within Professional Solutions. Collaborating with the Leonardo team and key stakeholders, this role drives training strategies aligned with commercial objectives. Responsibilities include designing programs, developing learning curriculums, and delivering engaging content and activities. Requirements for Success Foster a Leonardo learning culture across business channels, driving engagement and regular platform usage. Prioritize engagement of the salesforce and in-store specialists as key client-facing representatives. Develop communication and incentive plans using Leonardo guidelines and corporate assets leveraging multiple channels such as Leonardo, EDMs, and events. Implement brand and business initiatives from annual and quarterly plans, positioning Leonardo as a strategic business tool. Maintain regular communication with Corporate Leonardo to report progress, identify needs, and align on next steps. Track and drive Leonardo KPIs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and shared accountability. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and share insights in local market meetings. Lead learning plan development for Professional Solutions, aligning training initiatives with business and marketing priorities. Assess training effectiveness, collect learner feedback, and collaborate with corporate to enhance offerings. Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions as needed. Simplify and streamline processes to improve the learner experience. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to reinforce a culture of digital learning. Skills & Experience 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or commercial roles. Wholesale or corporate brand experience in frames/sales desirable. Ability to perform basic analysis and develop action plans starting from numeric evidence. A customer-centric approach & hands-on attitude. Proven leadership or management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
