Partnerships and Reputation Management Developing partnerships that align with the College's objectives and contribute to the city's prosperity. Serving as the lead ambassador and principal spokesperson for the College, safeguarding its reputation. Culture and People Providing leadership that inspires and motivates colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes. Promoting a culture of success, quality, respect for diversity, and exceptional customer service within the college. Organisational Effectiveness, Governance, and Compliance Serving as the Chief Accounting Officer, ensuring financial stability and effective deployment of resources.
