Our client is a leading not-for-profit care organisation providing market leading Residential Aged Care, Home Care and retirement living services to thousands of people every day.This role is not based in Sydney. Are you already thinking about relocation? This is the perfect opportunity, situated between Newcastle and Port Macquarie, Forster is a slice of paradise.This is a full-time position , Monday to Friday, 76 hours a fortnight. Based at their facility in Forster, NSW. In this role, you will: Drive innovation and promote a high standard of care. Lead the design and delivery of clinical education programs. Inspire a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement. Ensure best practices and accreditation standards are upheld and monitored.
