We are an equal opportunity employer. About The Role This role falls under our premium brand, SHOWPONY , and we are looking for a Sales & Education APAC to join us full-time at our Brisbane office. Key Responsibilities: Education and Account Management: Education Planning: Develop and execute education plans for accounts with a $5K+ YTD annual spend in Australia to enhance product knowledge and drive salon success. Salon Success Plan: Utilise the Salon Success Plan to strengthen relationships, optimise product use, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Training Sessions: Conduct educational sessions and training to increase product knowledge and portfolio engagement, scheduling sessions as part of the Salon Success Plan. Starter Package Sales: Drive sales of Showpony Starter Packages into new and existing accounts to promote comprehensive portfolio adoption. Sales and Prospecting: Outbound Sales: Perform outbound sales calls targeting silver-tier accounts with a $5K - $7.5K YTD annual spend, aiming to foster growth and strengthen client relationships. New Business Development: Prospect new business opportunities within a 2-hour travel radius from home, covering regions from Hervey Bay to Brisbane Bayside. Engage in face-to-face prospecting once a week, following a 4-week journey plan to maximise regional presence. Brisbane-based Work: Conduct in-person prospecting and deliver education sessions every Wednesday morning in Brisbane, followed by administrative tasks in the Kevin Murphy West End office on Wednesday afternoons. Team Training and Development: Freelance Educator Training: Conduct training sessions for the freelance education team twice a year in Brisbane, ensuring educators are up-to-date on product knowledge and training techniques. Reporting and Administration: Progress Reporting: Submit weekly progress reports detailing client interactions, education sessions, and sales activities. Admin Support: Administrative tasks on Wednesday afternoons at the Kevin Murphy West End office, including client follow-ups, meeting coordination, and reporting. Attend sales, education, and marketing meetings as required. Additional Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the Sales, Education, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives. Events & Promotions: Assist with promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities as required. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales or education role within the beauty or hair industry, with a proven track record of building and managing client relationships. Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with experience in outbound sales, prospecting, and achieving sales targets. Education Skills: Experience in education planning and delivery, with the ability to engage and inspire salon staff and freelance educators. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport quickly with clients and team members. Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a regional journey plan efficiently.
