We are seeking a person with excellent administration, communication, organisation and time management skills to join our small Education Services team. In this role you will be required to provide a wide and interesting range of administrative support functions for our team of Program Managers, who are responsible for the successful administration of all AIPM professional and graduate programs. What will you do? You will provide day to day administrative support to the team including: management of the group email inbox, responding to student and staff inquiries including requests for assistance. Input data into the student records database, assist in the management of program information in Microsoft Teams and the learning management system (CANVAS). You will also be responsible for photocopying and collating program materials, booking meetings, booking travel/accommodation for staff and participants and assisting with office operations such as postage of documents/program materials, preparing certificates and maintaining office stationery and supplies. To be successful in this role you will have great communication and customer service skills, be able to quickly learn new systems and processes, manage competing priorities, work to tight deadlines and be a flexible team player. Essential Requirements You must be an Australian Citizen at the time of application. A Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain one. Demonstrated experience working in a similar education administrative role, and a strong knowledge of Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and Powerpoint Additional Information This role is located in Manly, and applicants are expected to be based in Manly.
