Company Description 'Don't Just Dream Do' offers personal development courses and live events focused on helping others develop their mindset and leadership skills in both business and life. The company empowers individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to take control of their personal and professional development. Role Description This is a contract remote role for an educational leader. To qualify, you will have a strong drive to develop marketing and communication skills, through marketing our online courses and events, overseeing programme communication, and ensuring effective marketing management on a day-to-day basis. You will be generating marketing campaigns in your chosen locations globally, interviewing leads attracted through the campaigns and educating them on the courses and programmes we offer. For those who decide to invest, you will guide them onto our self-paced courses, and be their contact and mentor as they settle into the programmes. There is no cold calling or selling. You are providing them with the information so they can decide if what we offer is a fit for them. Qualifications There are no formal qualifications required for this opportunity. I am looking for those open to excelling in a new area, with full ongoing training and support provided, through direct mentorship and weekly live streams with the global community. The following skills may benefit you in how quickly you get up and running: Program Management and Communication abilities Education background or related experience Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in online education or training programs is a plus If you're wanting to take your skills and career in a new direction, into something truly unique and inspiring, reach out for a brief interview.
