With a strong foundation and a vision for sustainable growth, they are looking for someone to join their leadership team at an exciting stage of expansion.The Role As part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of high-value projects, some reaching up to $29 million in value. Leading a team of experienced Project Managers, Estimators, and support staff, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while continuing to foster industry relationships and drive business growth. This is a strategic role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence the future direction of the company and lead its expansion efforts.Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Project Managers to successfully execute high-value projects across critical sectors such as healthcare, energy, and infrastructure. Provide strategic guidance to ensure project objectives, financial targets, and risk mitigation align with company goals. Mentor a dynamic team, promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous growth. Drive business development, enhancing project delivery and leveraging your network to uncover new opportunities. Play a key role in shaping the company’s future success while ensuring operational excellence. The Ideal Candidate: A mentor with solid technical knowledge, ideally in high-voltage electrical contracting. Currently in a Construction Manager role or a seasoned Project Manager ready for the next leadership step. A team-oriented professional capable of inspiring and guiding high-performing teams. Experienced in managing projects, financial planning, and building strong stakeholder relationships. A solutions-driven leader, comfortable working in a fast-paced, expanding environment.
