Job Opportunity: Electrical Design Engineer (Hybrid - Krakow, Poland) We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to contribute to complex engineering projects in the petrochemical and refinery industries. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural team on innovative projects, delivering high-quality designs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design electrical systems for petrochemical and refinery projects. Prepare project documentation, including specifications, one-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, terminal connection diagrams, and substation layouts. Execute electrical calculations and prepare layout drawings for consumer locations, cable tray routing, lighting, and grounding systems. Design electrical heat tracing systems and provide input for subcontractors. Review vendor documentation and ensure follow-up. Design lighting and socket systems, grounding, and lightning protection systems. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in plant engineering. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Dialux; knowledge of SmartPlant 3D and ETAP is beneficial. Experience in MV/LV equipment and installations. Knowledge of hazardous area classification is an advantage. Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
