Job Description
Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Manager We are seeking a motivated E&I Manager to lead a Fixed Gas Detection, Workshop, NATA Calibration Lab, and Instrumentation divisions. You will guide a team of technicians, ensure high-quality service delivery, and collaborate with clients on maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting. The role involves a mix of hands-on fieldwork and workshop support, with strategic growth responsibilities alongside senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of service and installation technicians. Provide technical leadership for on-site and workshop operations. Drive business growth with the National Sales Manager and General Manager. Manage client contracts and ensure productivity and service excellence. Collaborate on strategy and operational goals. Essential Criteria: QLD Electrical Fitter/Mechanic Licence or Electronics/Instrumentation qualification with QLD Restricted Electrical Licence. Valid manual driver’s licence. Instrumentation experience is a plus but not essential. Desirable Qualifications: Calibration and fault-finding experience. Familiarity with MODBUS or similar protocols.
