Bart’s Electric philosophy is summarized in the phrase “We give the customer more service than they paid for.” We are looking for qualified Foremen/Journeymen to join our team in the Clearview, FL area. Hiring Bonuses (based on experience) are available! Position Responsibilities Oversee all aspects for the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects within time limits and approved budget. Interpret plans, specifications, and submittals to properly plan and coordinate Commercial Electrical Construction projects. Self perform electrical work as required, including bend and run conduit, pull wire, install fixtures and outlets, dig ditches, read blueprints, install service, and motor controls. Adhere to company policies, including proper attire, demonstrate concern for safety, and maintain customer focus. Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Monitor and assess performance of self and work crew to make improvements or take corrective action. Understand the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. Position Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and hand tools. Must have a JM or Master license. Ability to work in inclement weather, stand entire shift, squat, bend, reach overhead, heavy lifting, and climbing ladders.
