ACRWORLD Perth, Western Australia, Australia Electrical Supervisor - BESS Electrical supervisor – BESS Project – Regional WA site Based role – Fixed Term Contract About Company Our client is an international EPC contractor in renewable energy with experience in delivering successful projects in the Australian market. About the Role I'm seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the construction of the electrical components on a large BESS project near Perth. Renewable energy project experience in a supervisor/superintendent position is preferred; however, other HV experience may be considered. Responsibilities Assist and oversee the planning and organisation of electrical works onsite Liaise with client representatives/Project Engineers regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries Conduct regular inspections to ensure that works are carried out according to client specifications Prepare and edit construction plans, maps, charts and drawings to client specifications Ensure relevant field inspection checklists are completed and signed in conjunction with client representatives Understand and implement quality control techniques Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed Skills & Experience Trade qualification as an electrician; supported by current A grade Electrical Licence HV Switching ticket – preferred Experience in renewable construction projects, preferably utility scale solar Excellent Electrical troubleshooting skills, with sound knowledge of renewable energy project installations/operations including SCADA systems, transformers, inverters, combiner boxes etc. Valid First Aid & Low Voltage Rescue / Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (LVR/CPR) Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills Proficient skills & knowledge in MS Office suite White Card/Blue Card Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Management and Other Industries : Construction and Services for Renewable Energy #J-18808-Ljbffr
