Come and be a part of this success. About the Role We are currently seeking applications for the Electrical Supervisor to join our Jimblebar Fixed Plant Maintenance Electrical team . This role will be working on a fly-in fly-out basis from Perth, working 8 days on, 6 off, 7 nights on, 7 off roster. Jimblebar is an open-cut pit iron ore mine located 40 kilometres east of Newman, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia in the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli Traditional Owners. Why Join Us? About You As the successful applicant you will possess the following: Leadership Experience : In a mining or heavy industry environment. Technical Expertise : Qualifications in Electrical Trade or Engineering, with High Voltage Switching Certification. Operational Knowledge : Experience working with large-scale processing plants. Safety Leadership : A track record of championing safety initiatives, critical risk management, and fostering a culture of trust and accountability. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems while ensuring efficient and sustainable outcomes. Collaborative Mindset : Interpersonal skills and a commitment to working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
