The Role: Join an expanding electrification business and help fellow Victorians save money on electricity and get off Gas. We are seeking motivated marketing, sales, or customer service professionals for our electrification project in Melbourne and Greater Victoria. Our business has been operating within government programs supporting rebates and subsidies for energy-saving home upgrades for over a decade. Our unique combination of experience and innovation gives our sales, marketing, and team of field assessors a strong point of difference with our customers. The Company: The opportunity is with a wholly owned and managed Australian company, operating in the home electrification space, and is one of Australia’s largest home installers of LED lights and Heat Pumps. We offer an end-to-end solution, from customer sales & acquisition to installation and post-installation audit services for residential and business customers. Our company has been helping customers reduce not only their carbon footprint but their energy bills for well over 10 years. The business continues to grow and requires another professional Customer Service & Sales Consultant to join our team based in Melbourne. This is not a cold calling role; rather, a scheduled list of appointments with our customers to help reduce their energy bill. Your day to day: Each day you will have a curated schedule of customer home visits to help them apply and access the rebates for the subsidised electrification of their home or business. Our scheduling department will prepare a daily set of appointments across Melbourne, with each customer presenting different opportunities. This may include assessing the best solutions for hot water, air conditioning, solar, battery, and much more. Site visits will involve a variety of rebate applications, taking photos or videos of the areas for install, answering customer questions, and opportunities to cross-promote other rebates available to the customer. Applications and eligibility require a combination of attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, as well as competent computer skills. Why apply?
