Firmware/Embedded/Electronics Project Manager/Lead (IoT space) - $150,000-$160,000 base + super – Adelaide based – Permanent Full Time Work for this great well-known IoT Australian organisation where you will get the chance to work within an innovative, transparent and high performing team environment. You will join the team as a Firmware/Embedded/Electronics Project Manager/Lead in the IoT space and are given the chance to really take ownership, drive and influence. This role is open to candidates in Adelaide (only) who are open to working 4 days per week in the office. Due to an expanding team, a Firmware/Embedded/Electronics Project Manager/Lead in the IoT space role has now become available. Key Responsibilities: Defining the scope and planning of projects for both internal teams and external clients Overseeing development efforts from initial concept to final production Providing updates on project progress, including timelines and financial tracking Offering a Systems Engineering approach for project design and execution Contributing to the organization's project management practices Driving continuous improvements in processes Key Requirements: Solid technical expertise in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Communications, and/or Software Engineering Proficient in Systems Engineering processes (Requirements, Architecture, Verification & Validation) Experienced in leading and coordinating technical projects Leading the product from initial idea phase to implementation end to end Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget Conducting DFMEA/PFMEA assessments Highly motivated, adaptable, and innovative problem solver Detail-oriented analytical thinker with a strong focus on risk management Independent team player with outstanding interpersonal communication Results-driven, capable of performing well under pressure to meet tight deadlines This is a permanent full-time opportunity and will suit a Firmware/Embedded/Electronics Project Manager/Lead who is seeking to take their role to the next level.
