Job Description
The gateway to the World Heritage-listed Dorrigo National Park, and home to ancient rainforest, dramatic waterfalls, and beautiful heritage. This Multi-Purpose Service is a 27-bed facility with six inpatient beds, 21 aged care beds, and a 24-hour Emergency Department. Experience: PGY4 or greater with 6 months critical care experience (Emergency, Anaesthetics, or ICU). GPs welcome to apply. Must be confident working solo. Back up: Telehealth providing access to FACEMS at Coffs Harbour Health Campus 16 hours per day, 7 days per week. Telehealth providing access to a Senior Registrar at Coffs Harbour Health Campus overnight, 7 nights per week. Allowances: Flights capped at $450 from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane. Hire car capped at $50 per day. If driving own car, can claim kms at approx $0.34c/km. Accommodation provided.
