A supportive and encouraging work environment and confidential counselling through EAP Internal Base Training Program About the Role: Provide one-on-one support to clients within their workplace with a view to building their independence Assist clients to understand their employment related duties and improve efficiencies Communicate effectively to advocate for CBS Inc. and your clients in their workplace Build positive relationships with client’s employer, team members and stakeholders Use initiative and problem-solving skills to assist clients to maintain their employment Administration and basic computer skills to accurately record case notes Collaborate with and support client’s case managers Occasional office supports Meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Position Requirements: Current Australian Driver's Licence - P2 minimum (essential) Meet the current COVID-19 Vaccine requirement – medical exemption acceptable (or willingness to obtain) Relevant NDIS / DHS checks and clearances in accordance with the role requirements (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) To view the Position Description please download the file at the bottom of this ad.
