3+ yrs PAE Employment Lawyer | Lead and build on an existing practice of employment law claims | Personal injury firm in CBD | Flexibility embraced The Role Our client is seeking an experienced employment law Lawyer to run their employment law claims that arise or are related to a personal injury claim. You will run these files autonomously while being a part of the larger personal injury practice. This is an opportunity to build a practice area with a solid administrative and marketing team to support your growth. This is a new and growing workplace relations practice in Brisbane. You would be working on behalf of employees advising on their employment law issues, including: Assisting with workplace disputes and negotiations with your employer Termination, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, and redundancy entitlements Fair Work Commission appearances Discrimination advice Advice on employment contracts The Firm Our client is a well-recognised personal injury law firm with a proud history of providing care, support, and outstanding results for injured parties.
