Job Description Navitas Skilled Futures (NSF) is seeking an Employment Programs Manager to join the team as a parental leave cover to lead program delivery, client services, and business growth, while ensuring positive employment outcomes for our students. The Employment Programs Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of employment programs delivery, client services and business development across the business.You will liaise closely with the General Manager to ensure sustainable financial growth of the Employment Programs through the provision of industry-leading skills’ training. The role ensures the delivery of programs and services to meet business, program, contractual and regulatory compliance requirements.
