Job Description Endpoint technical lead and support escalation point EUC lead responsible for endpoint security, including device hardening, cyber-security agents and operational vulnerability management. Responsible for delivering the IT EUC strategy and roadmap which includes driving continuous improvements across the EUC environment (Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure) Responsible for team management and professional coaching of 7 distributed team members Vendor relationship management with hardware and software vendors Responsible for optimising solutions and reducing costs related to the EUC environment Stakeholder management up to C-Level Technologies: SCCM CB 2203 (Endpoint management end to end) Windows 10 administration (OSD, GPO, Active Directory) Windows Server 20xx administration Microsoft Defender ATP & CrowdStrike Office 365 Intune administration The Successful Applicant 9+ years of experience in IT support, Service Owner or EUC roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and Teams. Experience with Group Policy Management, PowerShell scripting, and automation. Knowledge of endpoint security, device management, and compliance best practices. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL-driven environment is a plus.
